YOUR RIGHTS AS A FUND&GROW CUSTOMER
At our core, we believe that trust is the foundation of every client relationship. We are committed to operating with complete transparency, honesty, and integrity in every interaction. These principles represent our promise to you: we will always prioritize your best interests, provide accurate information to help you make informed decisions, and deliver the services we promise.
As a Fund&Grow customer or potential customer, you have the following rights:
- Right to Truthful Product Descriptions – You have the right to accurate information about the products or services you will receive and to understand exactly what services will be provided before enrolling. Contract terms will match what was promised, and all material terms will be clearly disclosed.
- Right to Honest Lender Relationships – You have the right to know the true nature of our relationships with financial institutions, credit card issuers, lenders, or third-party referral partners. We will never falsely claim to have relationships, special privileges, or access to preferential terms that don't exist.
- Right to Accurate Financing Terms – You have the right to know the exact terms of the programs to which you may apply for funding. If we promise to help you apply for funding with specific terms, we will only assist you with applications meeting those terms unless you specifically authorize otherwise.
- Right to a Money-Back Guarantee – You have the right to a Money-Back Guarantee if you meet all eligibility requirements as set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
- Right to No Hidden Fees – We will never charge you hidden fees or charge you for services we don't provide. If you are eligible and use the Money-Back Guarantee, you will receive a full refund less a 4% processing charge.
- Right to Understand Impact On Your Credit Score – You have the right to clear, accurate information about how our services will impact your credit score. We may conduct a "soft" credit pull that won't impact your credit. However, if you apply for funding through any financial institution or credit card company, they may conduct a "hard" pull, which could impact your credit.
